How to Use
Cleanse
Begin with freshly cleansed skin, removing makeup, dirt, and impurities.
Tone
If you use a separate toner, apply it before the essence toner pads.
Apply
Take one essence toner pad and gently sweep it across the face, avoiding the eye and lip areas.
Pat In
Lightly pat any remaining essence into the skin with your fingertips to enhance absorption.
Follow Up
Continue with your usual skincare routine, applying serum, moisturiser, and sunscreen during the day.The pads can be used both morning and evening. For an added hydration boost, reapply throughout the day as needed.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- All seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns received after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Products returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
