How to Use

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- All seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns received after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Products returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, in line with UK consumer law.
