How to Use
Step 1: Cleanse & Prepare
Cleanse the face thoroughly and gently pat dry.
Step 2: Apply Mask
Carefully remove the mask from its packaging and unfold.
Apply to the face, aligning the mask comfortably with facial contours.
Step 3: Relax & Absorb
Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes, allowing the concentrated essence to absorb into the skin.
Step 4: Targeted Spot Treatment
Use the additional sheet for targeted treatment on areas such as the neck, chin, cheeks, or forehead.
Step 5: Massage & Absorb
Remove the mask and gently massage any remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.
Step 6: Follow Up
Use as part of your skincare routine whenever the skin requires soothing, hydration, and protection.
Follow with a moisturiser, and apply sunscreen if used during the day.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- All seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns received after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Products returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on:

- Products with broken or removed seals
- Custom-mixed, personalised, or made-to-order products
This applies to all customers, including professionals and wholesale buyers, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:

- Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, in line with UK consumer law.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
